The house is split over three levels. Casita Coco Río, a sweet, self-contained studio apartment that can be rented together with, or separately from, the main house, is on the ground floor.

The middle level has two spacious master bedrooms with kingsize beds (one can be converted to two twins), and a sofa bed. Each room has a spectacular view of the ocean, and the sound of the waves soothes you to sleep. The large terrace is overflowing with pink bougainvillea and other tropical plants, beautiful local textiles, sun loungers, armchairs, table and chairs, separate fridge and drinking water. A gorgeous spot for reading or morning coffee, yoga or whale-watching.

The top level has a huge open-plan living space with custom Tenango mural, fully equipped kitchen, large sofa facing the ocean, piano and wide-screen TV. The spacious terrace has a dining table and chairs, sofas, and foozeball table, all with breathtaking views of the Pacific and Sayulita beach, all the way out to the bay and Playa Los Muertos. The perfect spot for sundowners while enjoying the incredible sunsets.
